Chubby Baby Mauled by Bearded Lady...

This just in..We have received information from a reliable source that a chubby baby from Kuna, Idaho was mauled by what appears to be a bearded lady. From what our source told us, the baby was teething and the bearded lady thought scratching him in the face would keep him from continuing to cry. Although her efforts were appreciated, they failed, in fact, the baby cried more. We are pleased to announce that the baby is doing well and his teeth are officially in and the crying has ceased. Hallelujah.

Careful for what you wish for...

Okay so I guess I am obsessed with Blogging now. I always look for things to blog about. Well just today while I was in the shower I was wishing I had a funny story to share. Low and Behold... 10 minutes later I walked in while Katelyn was putting on my mascara. I put Preston in the stroller and let Katelyn take him around the "town." His butt hit the bar and for some reason the stitch came out and it broke. How bizarre. I love my kids!

Hot Mom's Club

Hey ladies. I am copying Kami and doing a post to remind you about tomorrow at my house at 11. We are going to have a taco bar, so bring your appetite. We will have a ton of food. Preston's too cute

This is the face that I am greeted with whenever I even look at Preston. He is such a happy baby and a joy to our lives. And last night he slept 9 hours in a row, I had to wake him up. What what!!

You're a Stinker Bug

So I went over to my friend's house for a play date. A Katelyn's friend Hallie, runs in and says that Katelyn took her diaper off. So I rush into the room and Katelyn is sitting on this little tiny potty that is for a baby alive doll. She missed and peed on my friend's carpet. Then she comes out and brags that she went pee pee in the little potty. Awesome. Then we get home and she takes off her diaper and hands it to me (which she regularly does after she pees) and I find a puddle of pee all over her stool. When I confronter her she ran off and yelled, "You're a stinker bug." Nice.

Preston's a Pig

Okay so I bought the kids towels for Christmas. I bought a green frog and a pink pig with the intent that Katelyn would have the pink one and Preston would have the green one. Well for some odd reason Katelyn decided Preston is the pig. For the life of me I can't figure out how she came up with it. :)

ON A SIDE NOTE: Preston was on steroids to help with the flammatory in his lungs and I found out he gained 1 pound in 1 week. I guess steroids make you hungry. Yowzas.

ON ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: I lost 5 pounds. So now I am 7.5 lbs lighter than I was when I got pregnant. Yippee.

Girls Night Out

I am in need of a serious girls night out. I am not sure if I really have any friends so this is an open invite to anyone that wants to come. Katelyn Meets Gravity

Katelyn's latest trick is to take flying leaps from all sorts of things around the house: couches, tables, chairs, etc. For some reason, when you throw Julia into the mix, Katelyn's distance diminishes but the fun factor for Kiki goes up dramatically. In the video, Katelyn's rocking it to one of her favorite vocalists, Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy. I heard from someone that Donny Osmond provided the voice for the robot. It's not "Puppy Love", but it's work. On a side note, we found out today that Katelyn's a biter. Warn your children. I'm just glad Julia was current on her tetanus shots.

My dirty little Secret...

Here is my dirty little secret..I keep my house very clean for the most part, but Katelyn's closet has become the dumping zone for anything and everything. Since Preston is sick and we can't go out, I have been keeping busy. Here is what I did today.

Katelyn's latest thing is she takes off her shirt, all the time. A couple of weeks ago I made the mistake of closing my eyes during the prayer in Sacrament meeting, I heard a chuckle and there was Katelyn, topless.

For those of you that haven't seen my house, I threw in a picture of Preston's room. It's my favorite room in the house. The lady that lived here before painted the whole room, including the ceiling (it has clouds on it).
